Filetes-con-salsa-pia

Ingredients:
• For 4 people:
• 800 gr. pork fillet
• ½ pineapple
• 1 lettuce
• 1 onion
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup water
• vinegar
• olive oil
• salt
• black pepper
• parsley

Preparation:
Peel and chop half of the pineapple and blend in blender. Put the juice in a bowl, add flour and mix with 4 tablespoons of vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar. Beat well to dissolve it. Cut the steaks into strips, salt & pepper and stir into the bowl. Let the meat macerate for 1 hour and absorb all the aromas. Strain and reserve the sauce and meat.

Cut the remaining pineapple and saute over high heat in a skillet with a little oil. Cook until browned and set aside.

Sauté pork strips marinated in a pan with a little oil and cook until golden.

Put hot sauce soaking in a pan, add the golden pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in water (so it is not too thick) and add the fried meat. Wet with a little oil and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Clean the lettuce, chop and place in a bowl with the julienned green onions. Season with salt, vinegar and oil mixture.

Serve pork with pineapple sauce, accompanied with a side salad and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
