Steaks with pineapple salsa |
Ingredients: Preparation: Cut the remaining pineapple and saute over high heat in a skillet with a little oil. Cook until browned and set aside. Sauté pork strips marinated in a pan with a little oil and cook until golden. Put hot sauce soaking in a pan, add the golden pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in water (so it is not too thick) and add the fried meat. Wet with a little oil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Clean the lettuce, chop and place in a bowl with the julienned green onions. Season with salt, vinegar and oil mixture. Serve pork with pineapple sauce, accompanied with a side salad and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with a sprig of parsley. |
